Why do we collect your data

To perform the contract, we process data necessary to:

• create an account for you to play our Games;
• provide online features in our Games (such as cloud sync, leadarboards, matchmaking);
• verify your purchases in our Games.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your data may be store upto 3 (three) years after your last interaction with us.

You have the right to have your data deleted by sending your request at support@primepeaks.games. We may request additional details from you to identify you and make sure request is coming from you. It may upto 30 days to proceed your request.

All data exchange between a player's device and our servers is encrypted.

Age limits

We do not know the age of our players. If we discover we has inadvertently gathered personal information from a child under 16 years of age, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such personal information from our records.
